- Sign up online to receive additional information concerning new developments from DiCenzo Homes that match your preferences and requirements.
- If sales have already started, contact the sales team at DiCenzo Homes to schedule a private meeting.
- If sales have not yet commenced, keep an eye on your email for updates leading up to the launch of sales!
Confirmation Phase
- Finalize your contract with a sales representative from DiCenzo Homes. Both in-person and virtual appointments are available.
- All contracts allow for a 10-day conditional period.
- Have a legal professional review the Agreement.
Time to Celebrate!
- Congratulations on becoming a homeowner!
- Depending on the construction progress, there may be several weeks or months between signing your purchase agreement and moving to the décor phase. Use this time to:
- Research interior finishes and color schemes for your new home.
Customize Your Space
- You will receive a notification to schedule a décor appointment with our Décor Consultant.
- During this consultation, your designated Décor Consultant will guide you through the process of personalizing your new home to match your vision. We will work together to find options that suit your lifestyle and décor preferences, all while staying within your budget.
- Our team is here to assist you in selecting interior finishes, offering advice on current trends and choices that can enhance the value of your investment.
Preparing for Move-In
- As your closing date nears, a representative from DiCenzo Homes will schedule your Tarion Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI). This will be your first chance to see your new home.
- During the PDI, you can point out any areas that may need attention from the DiCenzo Homes team. Look out for the “Prepare for Your Upcoming Closing” email!
- Before closing, meet with your bank or mortgage broker to update your mortgage pre-approval based on current rates.
- You will receive a welcome package outlining next steps to help make your move in experience seamless.
Closing Day to Move-In Day
- On the closing or occupancy date, your lawyer will coordinate with DiCenzo Homes’ lawyer to transfer ownership of the home to you.
- You will be informed by your lawyers when your keys are ready for pick-up!
New Home Warranty
- Take advantage of Tarion’s new home warranty program, which allows you to report any warranty issues to DiCenzo Homes after closing and receive assistance with any warrantable items that may need attention.
