Step 1
Planning & Preparation
Upon purchasing your new home, there is typically a span of several weeks or months before your selections appointment. Utilize this time to gather your favorite swatches and décor inspirations, delve into color and finish possibilities, and compile a list of potential upgrades to craft your ideal living space.
Step 2
Décor & Selections
Before the commencement of construction on your new home, you’ll receive an invitation to a Décor Center structural meeting. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to personalize your home by selecting from the available structural items.
Following this, we’ll arrange your color selections appointment. During this session, your dedicated Décor Consultant will thoroughly review your new home plans, consider your budget and style preferences, and assist you in making selections.
Step 3
Sign-off & Construction
Your Décor Consultant will review and confirm your color and finish choices with you. At this stage, your final selections of standard and upgraded features and finishes will be ordered, scheduled, and coordinated for installation.
Step 4
Review, Inspect & Rejoice
Before the closing on your home, a representative will accompany you on a home orientation to tour your finished home, showcasing all its features and finishes, and providing guidance on maintenance and operation.
With everything in place, all that remains is for you to move into your dream home.
